Description

The Gonz: A Walking Masterpiece

There are skaters, and then there is Mark Gonzales. The Aloha Super is more than just a shoe—it’s a piece of skateboarding history. Inspired by the silhouette "The Gonz" wore during his legendary 1998 performance art piece at the Museum Abteiberg, this shoe brings the rebellious spirit and boundless creativity of the master to the streets. Dressed in "Preloved Yellow" with asymmetrical black stripes, this shoe is a visual statement for anyone who views skateboarding not as a sport, but as an art form.

Functionality Meets Creative Chaos

Behind the striking yellow suede and the refined embroidery on the tongue and heel lies a seriously capable skate shoe. The combination of premium suede and nubuck overlays provides the necessary durability, while the classic Gazelle Indoor sole delivers perfect grip. Thanks to the cold cement construction and padded ankle area, the Aloha Super offers the support needed to—just like Mark—ignore the laws of gravity (and common sense).
